YouTube mp4 videos can't be burnt to DVD? Convert YouTube mp4 to normal video codec

Today I found a post from Yahoo Answer. Someone downloaded a few web videos that are in MP4 format. He want to burn the downloaded videos into DVD with his DVD burning software. But every program he use, it always contains a error. Then he tried other mp4 videos and No error pop up. The only difference between these mp4 and mp4 which causes error is the latter videos are from YouTube.

It's my guess that he uses online YouTube downloader tools. Such tools will not convert video and the online video will be saved in original format, such as YouTube web mp4. Most portable player and media edit software can not decode such mp4 properly.
